The Opportunity
This rapidly expanding VC-backed Growth Accelerator are looking for a Head of Paid Social to join them, as they continue to expand across EMEA. Specialising in scaling up businesses, this role will see you lead a very hands-on/DR heavy team, as well as define the social acquisition strategy for a number of rapidly growing start-ups. You will be in charge of a £MM budget, tasked with generating a significant ROI for all of your clients. An excellent knowledge of the Paid Social space is required, as is experience in a range of social technologies/FMP’s. All backgrounds considered (agency, tech, in-house).
The Job
- Responsible for devising multiple Social Acquisition strategies for a range of clients
- Lead fellow members of the Paid Social team to deliver top-class Social Acquisition campaigns which meet and exceed client expectations
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, tech partners and media owners
- You will have previous experience of creating and leading Paid Social campaigns for well-known brands. Ideally direct response heavy
- Knowledge of a range of Paid Social and analytical tools such as Smartly, Nanigans, Power Editor, SocialMoov, Kenshoo Social and Facebook Ads
- Excellent client service and team management skills
